Shipping policy
Standard delivery
- Free when you spend over £40 or £4 for orders under £40.
- Delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Smaller items will be delivered using Royal Mail 48. Larger items will be delivered by DPD Local.
- Delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
- When using standard delivery, most of our customers are pleased by how quickly they receive their order but in busy times, dispatch time can be longer and shipping carriers can take longer to deliver. We ask that you allow at least 10 working days following placing your order before chasing it up. If it has not arrived after this timeframe, get in touch with us and we will do some investigating or send you out a replacement order.
Expedited delivery
- £7.50 for all orders.
- A fully tracked service, delivered within 1-3 working days, from the date of dispatch.
- Smaller items will be delivered using Royal Mail 24. Larger items delivered via DPD Local Next Day.
- Delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
- When using expedited delivery, most of our customers are pleased by how quickly they receive their order but in busy times, dispatch time can be longer and shipping carriers can take longer to deliver. We ask that you allow at least 10 working days following placing your order before chasing it up. If it has not arrived after this timeframe, get in touch with us and we will do some investigating or send you out a replacement order.
