Delivery, Shipping & Returns

  • Free when you spend over £40 or £3.00 for orders under £40.
  • Delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Items will be delivered using Royal Mail 48.
  • Delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
  • We only ship to UK addresses.
  • When using standard delivery, most of our customers are pleased by how quickly they receive their order but in busy times, dispatch time can be longer and shipping carriers can take longer to deliver. We ask that you allow at least 10 working days following placing your order before chasing it up. If it has not arrived after this timeframe, get in touch with us and we will do some investigating or send you out a replacement order.
  • If you are outside the UK, email us on info@chimneyballoon.co.uk  – we can ship abroad but # StupidBrexit has made it complicated for us, so we have to arrange customs and everything.
  • If you are in the US or Canada,  you can buy from our friendly distributer Jason Raddenbach, at www.cleverlysolved.com.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same, re-sellable condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The postage cost for the return will need to be covered by yourself (please keep the proof of postage until your return has been processed).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us on info@chimneyballoon.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our custom products (such as our bespoke Magnetic Fireplace Draught Excluders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund and make a separate purchase for the replacement item. You will receive your new item much quicker!

Please ensure you keep your proof of postage of your return item until the refund has been processed.

All refunds will be made in full, minus the cost of the original shipping charges when the item(s) was purchased.

We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect your return, and if approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
